I went to Cloud Gate to get relief from my light headed feeling. Not only did it take care of that, but it also helped my lymphedema that I had for 25 years due to chemotherapy. I walk better because my ankle is not big and my leg is lighter. I feel so much better overall. Highly recommend.

My mom is 74 years old and had back surgery (thoratic lumbar fusion with 18 screws) in Sept. of 2014 because her bones were soft and it fractured & collapsed. She's been experiencing pain ever since. In January of 2016, she was in so much pain that she would not get out of bed. My office co-worker introduced us to Cloud Gate Acupuncture (Joshua). My mom is very stubborn. She does not believe in acupuncture. We had a few cortisone shots in her spine & hip and this last time didn't seem to work at all. I couldn't stand watching her being in pain nor hearing her complaining about it, so I took my mom in to see Joshua. She walked in to see Joshua with her walker on the first appointment. After the first two appointments, she didn't want to come back. She said immediately after the acupuncture, she felt better. But when she got home, it's the same. I wanted my mom to give it a try - at least 4 times before giving up. She kept saying after we finished the booked appointments, she won't go anymore. As each week went by, I could see her improvements. But when I asked her, she said it's about the same. By the third or fourth appointment, she didn't use her walker. Well, I kept on adding appointments after each one. She saw Joshua from 01/23/2016 through 03/19/2016. She stopped using her walker since that 3rd/4th appointment. She's up and out of bed more. Her energy level is up. Her steps are stronger too. I don't hear her complaint about her pain as much as I used to. On Easter Sunday, she went to Buddhist temples at 8:30AM, got home around 4pm, rested for a bit, and up and about talking to friends and being active til 10pm. All of us observed her and thought that she looked much better and so much more active than in January. In January, I wouldn't think she make it for another 3 years. Now, I would say she would live at least 10 more years.
Joshua is really nice and professional. I didn't feel that Joshua was all about money. He's really interested in helping my mom. He gave her different Chinese herbal oils to try to help her pain. He didn't pressure us about keep going to see him or anything. It's all about my mom. Thanks Joshua. I appreciate all that you did for her.
I could not be more satisfied with the services and care offered at Cloud Gate Acupuncture and Healing Arts. I came to Cloud Gate after visiting several other acupuncture offices (and experienced mediocre/sufficient advice and care).
Following these experiences, Josh exceeded all expectations by not only fixing the problem with my knuckle and hand joint issues, but he also provided complimentary herbal remedies -- both in supplement (for my stress) and patch form (for my hand). I would recommend anyone visit Cloud Gate if they are serious about getting well, receiving quality, individualized care, and having an enjoyable experience with a true practitioner of healing arts!

Josh and Gretchen have helped me relieve my back pain and tension to a pain scale of 0 through stretches, acupuncture and cranial therapy. I have even taken my 9 year old in for migraines and Josh did acupuncture and cranial therapy on him. My son felt very relaxed and his pain was almost gone afterward. He loved his session with Josh. I highly recommend Cloud Gate.
I am a rock climber and I beat my body up pretty bad on a pretty regular basis. Josh at Cloud Gate was recommended to me by someone at my climbing gym. When I first arrived at cloud gate it was for an existing ankle injury that was about 1.5 years old. Josh, is amazing. I immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. The first visit was a 1/2 hr consultation with an hour long session of acupuncture with cranial massage, a hot soak bath for my ankle and some Tunia. I immediately felt the positive effects on my injured ankle and throughout my entire body. He sent me home with some of the herbal soak and some PT exercises. I felt I had gained more healing production in one session with Josh than I did in weeks and months of visits with western doctors. I could not wait to go back and see him again. I have since made Josh a semi-regular routine, working on my ankle and all other areas of my body, both mentally and physically. I have also since recommended my wife to him and she also raves about the treatment and the results. I have not worked with his wife Gretchen, but I would expect she has the same level of comfort and expertise in her practice. I was new to acupuncture and even though I had a million questions they answered them very clearly and made very comfortable with the whole process. I have never been treated so kindly and with such a professional manner at the same time. It has shown me that I can have the health I want if I put the work in. I have received back over my life and for that, I couldn't ask for anything more.
