Mike was my fourth physical therapist, attempting to treat debilitating sciatica. I had come to dread walking more than short distances. I began seeing progress immediately after beginning treatment at Neuromuscular Strategies. As the sciatica ebbed, my longstanding shoulder ache seemed to bark more loudly. Mike has helped me make progress on that injury, too. Mike deflects my claim that he has worked miracles for me, and I guess he's right. My progress is dependent on me continuing to do the exercises and stretches. But I have not felt this kind of hope in a long time. If I can't have a 25 year-old body again, I'm grateful to have Mike.

Mike was a Godsend for me and my teenage son. He not only helped us both get better, but he gave us tools and advice to take into the future. There were many times when Mike went out of his way to find a solution, phone number, piece of equipment, connection, medical information, etc. for us. Really he is like a walking Encyclopedia! He is extremely well educated, but more importantly Mike is kind. In this world we need more like him.
I was particularly keen on the way he related to my kid who suffers from mental illness. Mike related to him, gave thoughtful ideas to consider, acknowledged my teen's perspective and followed up with him. My kid quotes him often. (!) There is nothing like a learned person who also has enough life experience to connect all the parts of the human experience to your health.

My time spent at Neuromuscular Strategies has been great. Mike did a great job of fully assessing my injury and gave me a handful of techniques I could do at home to recover. Beyond proper physical therapy skills and an abundance of Mike took the time to make me feel taken care of and I never felt like I was just another patient, like I have at some other places. Thankfully, my knee is back to 100% and I can play soccer and ski with no worries. Thanks Mike!
