Very unkind people answering the phone and running this place. If they treat adults bad, not going to do any better with children.

My daughter began gymnastics with CATS about 10 years ago attending their rec classes and camps. The classes were always super fun and the coaches inspired her! She loved their summer camps, birthday parties and Saturday open gym sessions. About 8 years ago, she switched into their competitive program (USAG J.O.). My daughter has grown up hearing herself being called an "athlete" by CATS. What a positive and powerful word. The coaches and staff have done an amazing job of coaching, mentoring, and teaching these athletes in a safe and supportive environment.

I was a competitive gymnast at CATS for over 10 years, and I highly recommend it. The environment is great, and the coaches are highly dedicated to their gymnasts and guests.
Not only is CATS focused on skill but also on character and good attitudes too. I love that!!! It's not stuffy and high maintenance like other gyms and I'm happy to have found our gym "home" after many years of looking!

My daughter loves CATS! She came to the sport of competitive gymnastics later than most and the CATS coaches really worked with her to find the best fit and allow her to develop her skills. She is so appreciative of the support and fantastic coaching. CATS, however, is more than a place to learn Gymnastics. There is no place in the world my child would rather be. The community is encouraging, suppprtive and fun! The older gymnasts are fantastic role models for the younger gymnasts. This dynamic creates a family like atmosphere where the kids learn and grow both as Gymnastics and in life skills. CATS is awesome!
I have four daughters that have all been through CATS gym in some capacity over the last 6 years...one has stayed on as a competitive gymnast. Wendy, the owner and coach is absolutely fantastic. I have never once heard my daughter say "do I HAVE to go to gymnastics today?" The emphasis always remains on having fun and being safe...not producing Olympians with body image disorders! While the gym is open to both boys and girls, there really seems to be a focus on GIRL POWER!

CATS has a great facility and coaches that truly care about the development and safety of every athlete. Super fun environment for birthday parties, summer camps, and classes. Very accommodating for all levels for kids and adults! The coaches are in shape too.
CATS Gymnastics is an amazing community environment for students of all walks and likes to explore the incredible sport of gymnastics. Those who choose to compete in this sport have opportunities to learn incredible life skills as well as be apart of a wonderful, kind, and supportive community of athletes and coaches. Being a competitive gymnast gave me the opportunities to learn incredibly important life skills and lessons. CATS is much more than a gymnastics program, it is a gym that coaches and mentors the whole athlete; incorporating physical, social and emotional learning into the most wonderful sport.
Cats Gym is known for their professionalism and first rate programs. As a witness to their gymnastics classes for the past four years, I can tell you that their coaches are also down-to-earth and truly connected with their athletes and families. I've been inspired by those qualities as one of the Parkour coaches and it's helped us to foster a supportive community. I couldn't feel more at home!
If I knew then what I know now, I would not have let my daughter become a competitive athlete.
A great experience! I'd done gymnastics as a kid and found this place offered adult classes. I felt very welcomed in the relaxed atmosphere. Everyone was nice and inviting. Although I was a bit nervous for my first class, I realized there wasn't too much to be nervous about. There were other first timers and the class was just the right size - small enough to get personal training attention, but big enough to not stand out! Definitely going back!
