I came into Pilates in the hopes of dealing with chronic back pain. I tried the free session and instantly knew I made the right choice. Kim exceeded all expectations and created a stretch and exercise program specifically targeted at what I needed. My pain back has reduced for the first time in years and I feel great. The online payment and booking system is convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone who is trying Pilates for the first time. Kim provides a kind of care and attention that's tough to find elsewhere.

I started pilates as a true beginner. Kim has been able to walk me through what pilates is and show me how to access and strengthen deep muscles to improve posture, strength, and stability throughout my entire body. Love it here!

I have been working with Kim since March 2016. I am fairly new to Pilates, having only done mat Pilates in the past. I am impressed with the work Kim has done with me. We do core work of course, but Pilates works so many different areas of the body that helps to strengthen areas of weakness. The work is subtle but very powerful. I love it! Thanks Kim

My husband and I have been going to Core Wisdom for some time and we really appreciate Kim's knowledge not only of Pilates, but also Yoga. We also find that her massages are a great compliment to the Pilates work outs. We highly recommend her for anyone who is interested in core strength and balance.

Kim is awesome. Very engaging, patient and always concerned about what you need. Her classes have helped me tremendously. As an avid bike rider and golfer, the benefit of her training sessions are immediate. If you want a great experience, give her a call or stop by. You will be hooked!!!!
