Took my first class last week & loved it! You can tell Wendy really cares about her students, and caters the class to your needs. Definitely recommend giving her a try!

I had assumed that yoga was a treat yo'self situation, but after my first class, I realized how much I truly *needed* this practice - and Wendy! - throughout my pregnancy.
After each class, I left feeling taller, more confident in my ever changing pregnant body, and like I had a better understanding of what my body was capable of. Wendy is, quite possibly, one of the funniest and most genuine people I've ever met. I rarely leave a class without a little somethin' somethin' - a packet of magnesium powder to help with my nighttime muscle cramps, a big ol' jar of pregnancy tea to strengthen my uterus, a handmade and delicious smelling eye mask to help with pregnancy insomnia ... the list goes on and on. Seriously, this woman is incredible, and gives from her heart. She has two beautiful children of her own, and can sympathize with any and all pregnancy woes, and she'll often have advice on how to work through those woes.
Every pregnant lady needs a Wendy - and Mission Yoga - in their life!
Mission Yoga's, Wendy, is a seriously gifted teacher. She brings light, play and wisdom to her pelvic floor yoga class. Her anatomy knowledge shines as she uses her sharp wit and belly laughs to disarm any timidity one might feel to retrain these core muscles. Pull up a mat Mamas, this is real work with a teacher who has your back - sometimes literally!
Wendy at Mission Yoga brings playfulness and depth to her prenatal and postnatal yoga classes. She warmly welcomes and accommodates the needs in the room, whether it's the aches, pains and emotions of pregnancy at prenatal or a handful of unpredictable infants at postnatal; Wendy always offers the perfect pose, modification or creative solution. Another added benefit of attending her classes is meeting other new mamas. I highly recommend Mission Yoga!
