I love this place!! The awesome trainers help every step of the way and it's a really fun way to get in a great workout in a supportive environment.
I'm a beginner to working out, so it's nice to have the workouts laid out for me. Trainers are helpful and personable. Also love how there aren't any class times so I can come and go when I want to.
I love this place. I love the fact that there are no machines involved where I workout on my own for a long time. I like the fact that there are trainers always who are enthusiastic about my workout. All trainers are super helpful about your goals and diet. I love to be part of this healthy community!
The absolute best place to get a fast butt kicking workout! I love everything about 9round, plus is incredibly convenient! I followed the 9round nutrition guide, and worked out only a couple times a week, and in just a few months I lost 20 pounds! Definitely an A+.
I signed up for this and was immediately engaged by text messages where Jake says he is 'looking for the right people'. He asked some pretty insulting questions to which I answered. He never replied. I sent a message asking to cancel and he still did not reply. Then he began sending me reminder messages and I attempted to get a real response again. He again never answered. After the appointment time went by, he is still sending me texts and emails now shaming me for missing the appointment. It is the least personal experience I have EVER had. Go to any other facility. This is for toads.

The Boulder 9Round is awesome. Staff is helpful and kind. I always get a good work out. As someone who struggles with exercise and finding it boring, 9 round is perfect because it is 30 minutes long and changes everyday so it's never boring. I also like it because it is way cheaper than most specialty gyms, which is nice as a recent college grad. I would definitely recommend!

BEWARE! The "free" 6 week challenge results in an hour orientation where the owner, Jake, will speak condescendingly to you for 45 minutes before revealing that AFTER you pay $600 you could get it back if you lose the weight/build the muscle they want you to. I left feeling violated, manipulated and gross.
I used to be a member at 9Round a few years ago and loved it. Because of Jake and this manipulative scheme, I will not be going back. Major bummer because the idea of this place is awesome, and with the right people it could be. I had previously reviewed with 5 stars because I loved it so much. After my latest interaction, I left feeling so gross that I had to update.

I look forward to my next workout, the trainers are absolutely fantastic humans, and I can physically feel a difference in my body every single time I exercise. The individualized help doesn't make you feel as if you are constantly being judged, and you don't feel the constant eyes of someone on you; they are there to help you help yourself and direct you when needed. This is by far the best program I have ever been a part of, trying it out has made a huge difference in my physical appearance and mental attitude.

This place kicks a$$!
Ahhh, interval training! You'll be done before you know it, and you'll see results before you expect to! Trainers at the Boulder location are wonderful - they try really hard to give everyone individual attention and keep everyone engaged. They'll give you pointers to improve your technique, and are always ready with modifications to step it up/down as needed. FUN FUN FUN!
Normally work out Longmont but I was in the area. Jack really helped me have a great workout.
I love this place but it's not for everyone.
PROS: Come in anytime they are open for a quick 30 min workout. Can do multiple work outs a time. I can definitely feel my body being worked and I am actually gaining muscle. You will be sore for the first few weeks.
Sweat A LOT. For a "personal" trainer to give you a set workout the fees are a steal. I recommend purchasing your own gloves and hand wraps from amazon cause its cheaper. If you get there NOT during peak hours you have the place to yourself and the trainer can really help you focus on certain areas.
There is only one CON I have is that the inconsistency in the trainers. 90% of the time I train with Jack at the boulder location and he's awesome. Even when it is busy, he makes sure that everyone is having a quality workout. But since September they've had some "meh" trainers that would rarely give you attention, would be on their phones once they give you a workout and could really care less if you got a quality workout. Don't get me wrong, there are some awesome trainers that will make your workout worthwhile, but then there will be times I go in and I leave without the satisfaction of a quality workout
Went in today to try their free trial workout. OMG! I love it. Kicked my butt and I want more. Haven't worked out in 3 to 4 months, and I felt it. But the trainer was great, motivating and encouraging. Great vibe and energy in this place. I've done similar home workouts, but adding in the resistance of the bags, money! Can't wait to come back for more.
