Just want to make everyone aware of the cancelation policy that Club Pilates has. When I signed up, no one told me about it so I'll do my best to share accurate information.
They require a 30 day notification to cancel. Even if you called a week prior to your next billing cycle Club Pilates will charge you for the upcoming month cycle and then cancel your membership.
During the Covid -19 social distancing recommendation, they are waiving the "freeze fee" of $15 but once your account it activated again you will still have to pay for another month before the cancelation can actually take effect.
While taking a two classes, two instructors left the ceiling fluorescent lights turned on. They are really bright and an uncomfortable strain on the eyes. When I asked the instructors if they would turn the lights off, they're response was, "just close your eyes", in other words, too bad, deal with it. I was super surprised because other instructors that I'd had ran their classes with the fluorescent ceiling lights off and the soft perimeter lights on--that was comfortable. I was a drag to have instructors make me feel devalued. I won't go back again.
I joined Club Pilates at the beginning of the year and have absolutely fallen in love. I decided to try the unlimited classes package and have been going once a day. They have so many different classes with a variety of awesome instructors. I love that I can always find a time that works for my busy schedule as a student. If you are looking to join a studio definitely keep Club Pilates Boulder at the top of your list.
