Be careful, its addictive! Great front desk staff that always remember your name. Instructors are fun, hilarious and highly skilled. I like that every class has a wide variety of ages and body types and we can all go at our own pace without any judgment!

Space is clean and organized. Teachers are very intelligent and informed. It is slightly more of an older crowd and classes can get a bit repetitive and feel a bit boring. So if you like to switch things up its definitely not the studio for you. All down to preference!

I absolutely love The Bar Method for its focus on form while also delivering a high-caliber workout every single time. The Boulder studio's instructors are professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and offer challenging yet doable classes. I'm moving to Turkey to teach otherwise I would continue to be at the studio 4 to 5 days a week. A huge thanks to the entire staff for being one of my favorite places to go in Boulder!

I would highly recommend The Bar Method in Boulder. I have experienced great results! The instructors are highly skilled, dedicated, and make classes fun. The studio is managed really well and the space/props/bathrooms are always in great condition.

Bar Method classes have literally transformed me. I have been a student at the Boulder Bar Method studio for about 6 years. I have become stronger, more flexible, have nursed injuries back to health, and have learned to refresh my mental state with a class! I adore the teachers. They are knowledgeable, rigorously well-trained, friendly and welcoming. I attend 5-6 classes a week and love every single one of them! I am a Bar Method devotee for life!

Bar Method Boulder is fantastic! The instructors are all so helpful and kind -even while they are torturing you for an hour! :)
I have multiple issues (following an accident, that resulted in a very serious TBI, 3 years ago) as I am not as flexible as I once was and my right side is weaker, etc....but this is really helping me get better in so many ways!
So, the bottom line is that Bar Method is awesome! Low impact wonderful exercise!

I've visited studios all over the country, and I have to say, this one is my favorite. The energy, environment, amenities, staff...everything is so positive. The teachers are challenging but keep class light-hearted and fun, and there is a sense of community that feels supportive and engaged.
And the workout, of course, is amazing. I've tried everything out there, but this is what transformed my body, not just physically, but also by strengthening those muscles that are almost impossible to get to, as well as dramatically increasing my flexibility.

Want to transform your body? This is the place! It won't happen overnight, but give it your all for a full four weeks and you'll be hooked. The instructors are attentive and delightful and the studio is clean and well equipped.

I love Bar Method! All the instructors are very helpful in ensuring we get the most out of every move and very personable. I have been going for about two years meow and noticed changes immediately. I've become stronger and defintely leave class satisfied with that hour and glad I went :)

I love the Boulder bar method studio! I began taking classes here more than 5 years ago. I have better control over my skis and my lower back never ever hurts now. The teachers are very well-trained and so helpful as I learn the many different exercises. The classes help me unwind after a stressful day or start the day out feeling energized.

Sticking with The Bar Method has made me stronger and leaner, yes, but it has also shown me that I can do, and be, more than I think. My increased endurance and ability to "push through" has benefited me in situations far from the studio. A major benefit to the very low-impact, often full-body exercises, is strength without injury. I've long had knee, hip, and other joint concerns, and I am now much more confident (and have significantly less discomfort) when hiking and even walking. When I first started, I struggled for months to even execute all the movements. Almost three years later, class has not become easy, but I have become much better at it! What really makes it possible for me to come back day after day (and year after year!) is the welcoming environment and truly excellent teachers. If I gave details as to why each individual teacher is great, this review would be a novella instead of the essay it is already. So instead, check it out for yourself and, if you see me around, you can pull me aside after class and we can dish. Here is one last thought: The more you attend class, the better (and faster) results you will see. This is a win-win situation when you consider affordability, because the relative cost of each class goes down the more times a week you attend. Three is good, five is great! This makes the monthly membership an excellent deal if you are ready and able to commit to change.

Beautiful studio with a warm & welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are helpful and focused on your safety and motivating you to dig deep-- they really want you to succeed! Best place to work out, hands down!
