It was really fun! Some parents let their toddlers run around without watching them so it was hard for my boys to do tricks because they were concerned about hitting them. But other than that it was great!!
This was my first time taking my 6 year old grandson to Spider Monkey...we did an hour. The staff was helpful and friendly. My grandson enjoyed himself and worked out a lot of energy. I bought a pass to play with him it was very fun. The kids there were all having fun...my experience was very good and I definitely will return and recommend Spider Monkey.
Defy is clean, open, and air conditioned well. Plenty of different fun options to choose from. Tons of staff on hand to help assist. Plenty of seating n the upper deck with views of the whole facility. Decent prices and they offer a military discount. A bonus is they have cute socks to choose from.
I was dreading spending my Friday night watching my son run crazy at Defy ( it was a long day) but Jason at the front desk turned it around for me. His smile was infectious, he was polite and professional not just with me but with everyone who came to the front desk. Because of him, my son has a good chance of talking me into a membership. I will admit this is a great place for a kid to run and play.
We had a birthday party for our 2 kids here today. Nathan was who took care of us at the party and did an outstanding job!! Very polite and attentive young man! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.
I often come here with my children who are 5 and 7 years old. Last week I decided to join my kids in the jumping session. When we came in I found the most fun trampoline and launched myself into the sea of foam cubes. It was a great jump right up to the moment when I realized that my phone flew out of my pocket and now is resting somewhere in the depths of the foam cubes. Luckily for me a staff member, Nathan, was standing nearby and asked me what happened as she saw the frustration in my eyes. I told Nathan about my dilemma and he swiftly jumped into action roaming through the cubes trying to find my phone. After a little bit of time I lost hope and made peace with the idea that I will most likely not find my phone. As I was getting out of the foam pit Nathan called my name and as I turned around he was holding my phone in his hand. I could not be more happy at that moment and grateful to him for his help. So we always come here I realize that it's not just about the fun times but about great customer service and friendly and helpful staff members like Nathan.
Kids love it as do a lot of adults. Tons to do with a bunch of trampolines, basketball hoops, zip line, ninja course, swings, trapeze and more. My 7 year old said it felt like 4 hours after we had been there for two. Great way to work off some energy, especially on a cold or snowy day. I would recommend getting there early because as the day goes on it can get pretty crowded. They also took into account the adults that aren't participating with a number of chairs, couches, and a raised viewing area with a bunch of seats for parents who want to get some work done while the kids play. Also looks like a great place for a birthday party as they have a couple of party rooms and a separate check-in for birthday parties.
We jumped every last bit of energy out. Daniel, one of the flight crew, was extremely helpful, curtious, & patient helping us navigate each area. We will definitely be back.

I originally gave Spider Monkey 2 stars because there weren't people around to help let alone wanting to help and there was very little safety. That has COMPLETELY CHANGED! They have tons of people around to help at the difficult stations, they're also super friendly and safety is gone over before each person can enter. The music is lower and the whistles for rule breaking are loud. Spider Monkey, thank you so much for taking the time and effort to make this place as amazing as it could be. You're doing a fantastic job!

My 4 girls just went to the summer camp and had a blast!!! We love spider Monkey. The staff was kind to my children and very professional. They knew all my kids names after i picked them up the 1st day. You can tell they have a great staff. The camp was organized and had fun activities. Not only do the kids get plenty of jump time, they also get to paint, play hide and go seek, and they had a water balloon fight.
Then to top it all off they had a fun pizza party at the end!! This was a great experience for all 4 of my girls ages 10, 6, 5,5!!
We would definitely do it again

My kids absolutely love this place and the staff is always super friendly and helpful if we ever need anything. Each time we've gone Chance has helped us out. After the first time going it was a surprise that he remembered us but great none the less!! Such an awesome and helpful young man! Definitely refer this place to my friends and of course, we keep coming back!!
Spider Monkey is SUPER fun and has lots of nice employees, especially Viviana. She was super nice caring, ans made my experience at Spider Monkey lots of fun. Viviana was also very also very motivational and encouraging. She was a big help when I was trying to do a 180 side flip. She was so nice and I know I will be coming back, hoping that she is working. Thank you very much Viviana!!

We had a really good time other than the staff. One of the desk workers named Chance wasted more than 5 minutes of our limited time there talking to what seemed like family or friends. He also refused to give my cousin a wrist band considered he didn't get one. He made me walk up to the counter even though he had a stamp on his wrist. Very stubborn. Other than that, the other staff was fine.
Also, kids under 15 can't be there after 9:00.
This place is amazing. Here for my granddaughter's 7th birthday. Was in awe the moment I walked in the door. Where else can you exercise, have fun, and spend time with family, all under one roof! Best time ever!! Will definitely come back. Trey, the party host was so helpful and attentive. Great job!

WOW!!! Took my son and 8 of his friends there for my son's 8th birthday and the staff and experience was amazing!! Great customer service, clean, very spacious, so it never felt crowded, and good music.I have a 2 year old as well and she had just as much fun as the older kids. You have to purchase their socks... (thank God, no sweaty feet everywhere) ... but you can bring them back on your next visit. All in all, it was a fantastic day. Thank you Spider Monkey!
This place is super cool! It's like Sky Zone on steroids. The staff are well trained and friendly. Key was fantastic!
So much fun! Great music played in the background. Lots of places to comfortably kick back and watch the kids run, jump, climb, and swing their energy out.
I took my son in last week. He had such a great time! I was very impressed with Andy, he was kind to all the kids, helpful and attentive. He was having fun with the kiddos inside the dodgeball area. I will definitely return. Great experience
There is a little something for every age group. My 7 year old and I both can have fun, practice team work, and get fit!! This is definitely a contender for the little ones next birthday party.
Kids had a great time, clean place. Choice of tv station upstairs stunk! The View was on, NOT appropriate for kids, let alone adults! Bedroom scenes and other inappropriate material, with kids right there. Please find something better to play, this is a place used primarily by children. Thank you!
really fun I would recommend over and over again family friendly and safe good respectful people and the night jumping is even better there's a balcony lounge that parents could go and sit and there's even a TV so you know the game is going on for any of you divorced dad's that don't know what to do with your kids on the weekends. although a bit overpriced it's a really fun place and worth every penny
My daughter LOVES this place! The staff is super friendly, and I think it is great that all kids have to wear socks at all times. No gross feet germs everywhere! This place is a wonderland for kids! If you have a party you can bring in all your own food, beverages, and snacks which is awesome and you get a party concierge that helps you with everything! It is a little pricey, but a fun special treat for the kids and adults too!

This place is awesome we just haf our son birthday party here over the weekend and my son and his friends had a blast. Also, outstanding customer service and I wish I knew the individual who assisted in our room, so I can point him out directly he was awesome extremely friendly and great with the kids I apologize that I can't remember his name. All in all a great place to take your kids any day of the week.
I think it is better for adults and people who are older than 16, to go under the week because it can get really busy on the weekends. You don't want to jump into kids because...let me tell you... THERE ARE A BUNCH OF KIDS!!!
We went there once when they just re-opened and it was super fun. Everything looks nice. There is a dodgeball area, Ninja warrior area, one basket to shoot some hoops, walls, parcours, etc. There are lockers and you get your own socks that you can keep. A nice place to be but not on weekends!
This place could be so great. It worries me that there are no signs around telling you the rules. The music is too loud to hear the "refs" when they tell kids to get down off of things and the staff sadly seems to see the customers as a nuisance. Rolling eyes and answering questions with an attitude was not very welcoming. The play area is a blast but this place needs some work to be "the world's greatest indoor sports park"
Sugary snacks got your kiddos bouncing off the walls? Bring them here too burn off the energy. Join the kids or hang out and watch the fun.
Place is great and has cool obstacle for my entergetic child to try. The staff is also really nice and friendly and good with kids! The only reason I didn't gave them 5 stars is they start timing by the half hour. I arrived at 4:42 and I either had to wait 18 min or give up 12 minute, but still get charged full price. I feel like timing every 15min is way more reasonable!
When I first started looking at places to celebrate my daughter's birthday party i looked at a couple other places but decided to go with Spider Monkey and we are extremely glad we did, it was a GREAT experience from start to finish because the employees there went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time, they were very friendly and approachable, our party host Ebony was great at making sure we had everything we needed and her coworkers Ronnie, Areli and Allie really went out of their way and I believe they even helped out while they were in their break, they really made us feel special and for that I am greatly appreciated, I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I believe that an employee's actions are a reflection of their manager and I can tell their manager Megan does a great job at coaching them, motivate them and encourage them to do the right thing. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a great time.
