I love this location! The staff and coaches are so nice and helpful, and all the equipment is up to date so the treadmills have individual screens to track your progress. While the classes can be hard, this location is zero pressure.... more

We celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday here this weekend. It was SO easy! TIGAR had everything ready, down to the cups and plates. I brought some snacks, drinks, and cupcakes.
