I went to Maitri Yoga last year and cannot say enough on how much I enjoyed my time here. I had to give up my membership due to having limited amount of free time. What a wonderful community, I went to this location specifically for classes with Sky (an instructor who left due to relocation). I love their 88th location a little more because of the variety of instructors, but this studio has a lot more space and is less crowded!
I have been blessed and had the honor to teach at the Arvada studio. It is a welcoming setting and sets the foundation for the true practice of yoga. The classes are open for all levels and all the teachers make one feel welcome and guided in their practice. They also offer amazing workshops to broaden one's knowledge into yoga. I highly recommend this studio to those seeking a studio that offers the true expense of yoga.
What a sweet yoga community! I love the space and the depth and variety of classes and teachers. It's not just poses, but a deeper energy and awareness that is taught. There are always great workshops being offered and I love all the props available.
This studio is beautiful inside and out. The teachers offer intelligent sequencing and their theming comes from the heart. It is so nice before class to talk to other students and get to know new friends in this amazing community. Grateful to find this place!
