Wonderful! My first massage with Karla was healing and incredible. Karla is attentive and friendly. The studio us clean, warm and welcoming. My son and I did a yoga class together which was relaxing and enjoyable. I immediately scheduled a 2nd massage and plan to start yoga classes.
I drove past the studio Tuesday (3/8/2016) and there was a closed sign in the window. The next day, Wednesday (3/9/2016) I made an attempt to contact the studio using the 'Contact Us' link to inquire about the studio. It is Friday (3/11/2016) and I still have not received a reply to my inquiry. Considering they were closed on Tuesday of this week and the next day I sent an inquiry and have received no response, my guess is they are out of business, so if anyone knows of a good yoga studio in the Arvada area, please post it. Thank you.
I love practicing yoga at Following Bliss Yoga. All of the Yoga teachers are well qualified and enjoyable to work with. Along with the ambiance of the practice room, the instructors create a wonderful peaceful atmosphere to learn in.
Came here last year for the pregnancy yoga class for the very first time, hoping for great things. There was only one other woman there and she tells me sometimes the instructor is late or never shows up and hopes today is not one of those days...well we wait about 25 mins AFTER the class original start time and she was a NO SHOW. I was extremely disappointed to put it nicely...was a waste of time and I could have been doing so many other things but wanted to give this a try. Won't ever return to this place for yoga.
I have taken a wide variety of their classes and have enjoyed all of them! The instructors are fantastic and I always feel safe that they know what they are doing.

Very accessible environment with teachers fully committed to student's growth. It's my go to yoga place conveniently located. I have been practicing here soon after it opened and so grateful that this community exist to encourage my personal yoga practice that gets carried into my daily life. Thank you.

Karla is a wonderful prenatal yoga instructor. Each class is set to accommodate the needs of each mother-to-be. She is patient and kind, especially when you need to "vent" about the aches and pains of your changing body. As a mother herself, Karla is a great listener and provides positive feedback.
This is a great yoga studio where I go to do my morning yoga with Donna Harris. It's a small space, but has more than enough room for the small class sizes. I enjoy it due to the small classes and personal direction I'm given in my practice (as opposed to core power classes with 20+ people for example).
