We love Personal Achievement Martial Arts! They have a wonderful program with a staff that truly cares about the students. My son loves going to class and looks forward to achieving his next belt and learning new skills. I love the adult cage fitness classes. They are challenging and give you a super workout! Can't say enough great things about this organization!

They are so great with the kids and both my young boys love going to class. I would highly recommend taking classes at PAMA

My son has attended PAMA for several months now and has been a joy to watch him grow under the guidance of his martial arts instructors. The staff is universally friendly, encouraging, and positive, while still remaining professional and patient. Students are encouraged to try as wide a variety of activities as they like - there's regular classes and parent nights out and school break camps - and our son has loved trying it all out and come home exhausted after each one. He's upped his level now, and is so excited and proud of his accomplishments. We're looking forward to see what the next level brings!

Excellent Staff and Programs! I started my daughter in Martial Arts and decided while I was there I would take the Kickboxing/Cage Fitness class. Great workout for me and my daughter loves class. She likes her instructors, and how much positive reinforcement they provide. She is learning new skills and being active (away from the devices) She is also doing more on her own to be responsible for herself. I love that the class is not just teaching the martial arts skills, but also goals, respect and responsibility.
What a great program helping teach some of the skills that seem to be lost on the newer generations. What I love is I hear "Yes, Mam" when I ask her to do something. And then she does it. :)
I am very happy I found PAMA and look forward to many more years of being with them.

My daughters and I have been attending classes here for over 4 years. We love the staff and students and always feel like family here. The Cage Fitness classes are the best workout I have found and the karate instructors are excellent.

I am so grateful for this place. My 6 year old has been going for about a month. I've seen great improvement in her confidence, manners and respect. She loves coming to class, in fact she begs to come more. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to get their kids in martial arts.
