I love Bird's Heated C1 Yoga class on Sundays at 6p!!! I have never loved a yoga class more than I do for Bird's class. Bird turns the heat and humidity on, but because his classes are usually packed, he will turn the heat down about 15 minutes in and all the heat in the room is due to everyone's hard work.... more
