Austin and Brock make you feel great about getting an incredibly intense workout in an hour...even when you can barely walk to your car when it's done. Seriously, I hadn't worked out in a while and Austin made sure that I wouldn't be hurting the next day so I could function and would come back. Great trainers, very friendly people to work out with...you can't ask for a better experience.

Returned again on a house sitting trip in November 2017 - very hospitable group, friendly staff, and clients. Not sure what they are drinking but a great time! I am going to genuinely miss them :(

Friendly, comfortable, walks of all life, everyone helpful and you work at your own pace. Affordable class prices. Clean. Day care. Can't say enough about this place of business and the wonderful community it provides!
After being a member here for a couple of years I have say I love this place. I love the fact that the people here are mom's just trying to lose the baby weight and young studs trying to be better athletes in a variety of fields. It's friendly and understanding, yet competitive.i will be a member for as long as I can.
