customer service is horrible
Manager is rude and always mentions
He's 2nd in command
I'm a member and brought in a
Friend we both drove from Sacramento
He wanted to check out the gym before he joined
I ask for a 1 day pass most gyms do atleast
A 3day pass for potential members
But the manager Issac refused over the phone
And charged him $10.00 my friend asked
Can that $100 be put towards my membership if
I join and was told nope
Now he's not going to join and I'm going to
Cancel so 2 memberships lost
Its not the $10 its just the horrible
Display of customer service that
Turned us off to the place

Pretty good gym should be open on sundays till like 12 but other than that weights are good

Don't even try to call. Bunch of mush mouth people answering phones. They'll charge you twice a month if you don't stay on top of it

This is a very good gym it is very spacious and open plenty of equipment for everyone to exercise on everyone is so nice here in the staff is wonderful personal trainers are so nice and they push you to accomplish your goals

This gym is very messy. Can never find weights in the weight room. have to look in the other rooms for dumbbells and benches. Daytime staff is very arrogant and management is horrible. It seems as if they are trying to turn this into a health club rather than a gym. There are better gyms in the area for half the price and this gym is NOT 24hrs. Sad to say this but I will no longer b a member after 10+ yrs (this gym used to be the best in town before it burned down)

This place swindled my father he only payed for my daughter one mounth and they tricked him for year contract and took him to collections for it hes not leagle gardein and never got her real parents to sign never saw a contract there cheaters for shure dont trust them please

Gym is well maintained, but nothing fancy. Trainers are nice and will help out if you just ask. Open 24 hours, so you can always workout. Basketball court and pool are mediocre, bit valuable to my kids and I, i wish they would upgrade those two things.

I thought this place was supposed to be 24 hour. And I'm not a fan of all the equipment. Online it post they are 24 hour. If you claim to be a 24 hour gym you should be. And yes they will double charge you at times. Money is key at this place, I have encounter the owners and from personal experience it is a greed thing. But they are the typical business owners. Another point, to clean while their are people working out. Literally the lady vaccumed up to my feet when I was on the squat wrack, very unprofessional. And to people who work with sanitizing, you're supposed to wait until after consumers leave.

They rob you of your money! Don't go here! I came in January and cancelled my membership because I started attending a different gym. 6 months later I find out that they are still charging my account,...$188 to close the account with all the late payments...AGAIN :( absolutely ridiculous! Similar thing happened to my coworker. Their locations are closing down and I see why now. They do not apologize and are happy to take every penny from you. :( Disappointed!!!

Solid gym. Has a larger variety of machines and equipment than In Shape if lifting is your primary concern. The only thing I can ding about the place, if I had too, would be the lack of a steam room.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. My husband deployed in Jan 2017. He went in to talk to customer service about him leaving in December 2016. They told him as long as he provided a copy of his orders and a 30 day notice, he would not be charged to cancel. Well, before he left.. he provided all of that. Guess what? They are STILL CHARGING HIM and they are trying to tell him he now has to pay a $100 cancellation fee! Jokes on you NS FIT, he cancelled his debit card AND reported your latest charge of $25.00 fraudulent. GOOD LUCK GETTING MONEY FROM HIM NOW!

Open 24 hours. Best to go during non-peak hours. There is 1 of flat, incline and decline benches. 2 sets of each size dumbell. Double sided cable rack for pull and push downs. Vicki is really nice, so talk to her if you are interested! Not bad for a small city gym!
