If you were ever a former athlete that became completely out of shape due to daily life, then this is the place for you. I played football and ran track in college, and fell victim to attending a regular gym for years getting the exact same results year in and year out. I really thought I was in decent shape and that I looked pretty good. Well, all of that changed after my very first CrossFit workout. We did this workout called 'Fran' and I thought I was going to die. It was only 10-minutes long, but it felt like I had sprinted 10-miles. I have not had this type of training since playing sports nearly 15-years ago, and now I'm in about as good a shape as I was back then. You MUST check this place out!!!! Team CrossFit is fantastic!!!
