Amazing instructors, I have already learned so much in a couple sessions.
I really enjoy coming here, the instructors are so helpful ... im just learning!! I love the class so much
All's great.
I have been going to Hardcore for well over a year. Ken is the best teacher I could ever ask for. His knowledge and expertise have helped my 40+ body look and feel half my age. I get asked a lot how I stay so fit. Thank you Hardcore and Ken. Rebecca
The classes were good, the place is disorganized. Often no one working the front desk, no one there to greet you or say hi. Seems like most clients are longtime regulars so if you're an outsider it really doesn't concern them. If you're locked into the introduction package there is no way out. You have to attend the classes even though the atmosphere isn't right. It's also hard to find any availability with sparse programming and only 6 reformers. The scheduling app never worked on my mobile phone which made it almost impossible for me to continue coming. It was wrong for me but maybe it will be right for you.
I'm a 65-year-old guy, and my wife has been doing pilates for about five years. I saw the health benefits for her (strength and more importantly for someone in our age group, flexibility and balance), so I decided to give it a whirl. Couldn't be happier. My job entails sitting at a desk, and my core was soft mush. I've been working with Emma for a number of months, and she is patient, helpful, and knows when to push and when to back off. I'm not fond of the drill sergeant type of trainer, having been yelled at and pushed when I was in the Army, and when doing high school and college athletics. Emma is the opposite of all that, and she makes exercise fun! At the end of a session, I know I've had a workout, but my body doesn't feel beat to a pulp.
Apryll and the other ladies who work at the front desk are absolutely first rate, and the owner, Josh, is a great guy. The equipment is state of the art, and well maintained, and the sessions are reasonably priced. Go for it!
Hardcore Pilates delivers superb Pilates instruction and classes.
