High quality gym for a reasonable price this is the first gym i went to that had complimentary towel service along with a indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and steam room would absolutely recommend to everyone i know. They are also service member friendly allowing military and veterans to cancel anytime without being bound by a contract
I don't like to review negativity, unless its absolutely called for. I don't like to use the tredmills in the main area and one of the selling point for me was the cardio theater. Currently they have treadmills and as of today only 2 work. 4 have been out of operation for over a month and a half and when the sales guys come in and to show off the room, they don't take them past those machines cause then they will see that most are tagged out of order. Come on guys, Golds is suppose to be a high standard gym. PLANET FITNESS looking alot more sound...

I had a good review for them until their "general manager" Moe refused to return my call. And their lackluster customer service has reached its end with me. Especially their worker omar who doesn't know the definition of "customer" or "service ". Im also updating my review to let everyone know this is establishment has legally robbed me of money. I have no recourse and their saying its "out of their hands". Avoid this gym at all costs they can legally steal from you and you cant do nothing about it.
This is the one location that I enjoy coming to because the employees are great and equipment are in good condition

Eleiko bumper plates, cinema room, towel service, sauna, 3 squat racks 2 of which have a platform. A nook for stretching. Boxing ring. The gym itself gets a 5-star
The bad:
Sales bad-mouths other gyms. Says $27/mo is the cheapest they can go yet 3 days later after my guest pass ends, I get an email offer for $20/mo. If you can't offer a respectable deal the first then how do you expect people to want to sign up? These sales gets a 1-star

Boxing ring... 2 lane lap pool. Strong chlorine odor sitting in a cloud right at the entrance.

Went to a workout with Rafael Torres and it was an amazing experience. Taught me allot for my welcome workout. If you need a personal trainer come to him very helpful and will tell you when you are doing something wrong. The best!

Better than 24 hour. At least it's practically twice as big here, looks prettier, and has towel service. Oh, and you don't have to wait in lines for things. Except the squat racks. Now that I advertised gold's gym, please don't use the squat racks too (jk). The price for this gym really isn't much different if at all from those of other local gyms. Also, cinema room! If you hate staring into the abyss having deep, sad thoughts about why you let yourself suffer on the elliptical/treadmill/cycling thing, now you can instead stare at a movie that may or may not be super fun!

I am a huge fan of golds gym, i really enjoy their threadmill theater along with a well kept equipment their boxing cage and the classes they provide, although their priceing is quite high i do believe they are worth the investment in your health

Could be a little cleaner but for the most part its a great gym.
If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I signed up around october last year for a gym membership and trainer. Due to me going to work and school I didnt have time to go to the gym so around december last year I cancel the trainer. Well guess what after 4 months they charge me 1100$ in my bank account all at once. The manager is nowhere to be found. Hes always not there or he will give me a call back. Such a liar, I never received my call back and until now I dont know how to get my money back for the thing I never used. Worse customer service ever. By the way the manager is achida or al so unprofessional.
The gym is very clean, but the staff is so rude!!!When I open my membership they said we would get free classes with a trainer little to say that never happen at one point they had even said we would have an appointment at 8am with a trainer we went there only to be told the trainer had overslept. Honestly I don't even know why they have a staff other than the maintenance people who are very nice and polite and always try to help you. If anything the maintenance crew should take over the gym staff I respect them and appreciate them a lot more than the so call "gym staff".

I wish I didn't have to give any stars to this gym! It's horrible. First off, on our initial apointment to determine if we should sign up, my boyfriend and I were mostly shopping around for a good gym that would fit us. Our tour guy Kevin, I believe his name was, wasn't open to the fact that we wanted to shop around for other gyms. He introduced us to his manager, who the manager cut us off a lot through our conversation so he was the only one allowed to talk but he talked us into signing up. He bad mouthed all the other gyms around us RED FLAG #1(which is totally uncalled for, but also very unclassy) we like to work out in the evenings. The gym in itself is very small. When ever we go it's always crowded, never room to lift weights or do our usual routine. I HATE IT, MY BOYFRIEND HATES IT ! DON'T BE FOOLED WITH PHONIES TRYING TO MANIPULATE YOU TO SIGNING UP. Now we're in a contract also.

I'm here 5 days a week, put my headphones on, ignore the world and workout. Easy. I'm not looking for a great customer service experience, I don't want to get spoken to, I'm there to get fit and GTFO. You want a customer experience from a gym? lol this isn't Macys.

Someone coming from 24 hour fitness around this area would definitely agree with me that it'd be better to stick with 24 for a bit more because it's a lot more spacious, the sauna is actually hot, and the classes are bigger. I would also say people I've encounter at 24 hour fitness are friendlier.
Very unfriendly staff, if they greet you it is very fake . When you request for machines to be fixed months will pass before they actually fix them. This location sucks I will not be renewing my yearly pass . :(
I came in for my 7 days trial. I was really excited to try it. The equipment is nice and new. The treadmill even have TVs right in them. I was put off and didn't join however because of the mall. It was near Christmas and finding a parking spot was downright impossible. Who wants to battle the mask just to work out. Next, they told me their "best price" was like $40 a month, then when I didn't bite it was $20 a month. No thanks, if you can't offer me a good deal the first time I don't want to play your games. No thanks, I'll stick to 24Hour.
