I was loyal to this gym for about five years. For years I would come early in the morning between 2 - 3 AM multiple times a week. I didn't complain once about broken machines or when the pool was dirty or the occasionally gross bathrooms or the plethora of other problems I encountered here.... more

Excellent instruction is provided by Jennifer Shelby who leads every class through a 60-minute dance party from the warm-up to the cool-down with a variety of dance routines in between.... more
