Great Divine and all the teachers I have taken classes from (about 7) are wonderful. I always feel welcome and at home when I go to take a class. Marcia the studios owner is AMAZING AND WONDERFUL, she leads with an open heart and mind. I would recommend the studio to everyone !!!
Great Divine Flow Yoga is fantastic! I am new to Kundalini yoga. Marcia and Tony have made me feel so welcome. They are very down to earth and make this practice accessable to ANYONE! The cost is so reasonable, and I have been so happy with the various workshops and classes they offer. It is a must try for anyone interested in learning about a technology that can help bring clarity and energy to their daily lives.

Marcia is a rock star! I have learned so much from her throughout the years. She and Tony were the foundational blocks of my experiences with Kundalini yoga. There is nothing like GDF yoga! The Mahanraj are such an amazing and inspiring couple. I always feel so out of place and insecure at other Yoga studio's due to my size. I have always felt judged because I can barely do the poses that I rarely went. Then I discovered these two amazing people. I never feel out of place in their classes or judged at their studio. If I can't do a pose, they always have an alternate pose for me. They are so loving that you don't even realize how much they are kicking your ass...until the soreness kicks in a day or two later. Not only is it a work out for me body, my mind and soul get the much needed attention I never seem to have time to give them.

They have been beacons of light in the San Diego kundalini community for nearly a decade...their classes, workshops and trainings are all top notch and take you deep into meditation where the real transformational experiences happen!!
