I initially joined for their 21 days skinny Jean challenge. They really do Taylor the work out to you and your goals. They give you three weeks worth of menus if you want to follow them. I did my own menu following their nutritional goals. When I first started I wasn't necessarily 100% committed but after my first boxing class, I was hooked! I would never go back to a regular gym; so I joined 181° fitness permanently. The trainers are fun, & and without being drill sergeants, they really motivate you to give 100% plus. They incorporate all exercises at all levels so you don't feel self-conscious if you are not an expert but if you've been there a while, you can work out at a higher level. My two trainers, Tony and Gabe, are top notch and I joined because of their classes. They do not skimp and give you a 50 minute work out; rather, you get the full 60 minutes of hard work, demonstrating each exercise every step of the way. I highly recommend this gym, even if you just join for one of the challenges to jumpstart your fitness goals.
