Best Gym you can be a part of. Extremely active place, amazing help for total body & mind transformation. Fitness goals, weight loss goals, training for other sports, top notch training routines, supplements you name it. You will be challenging is so many ways, but always a great experience with best people ever.

I blindly introduced myself to Hardcore Fitness North County by enrolling in a 60 day challenge. This challenge has not only transformed me physically and mentally, I have a found a gym which is home. The culture at this gym makes it a place you want to work out. You are greeted by your first name by the trainers from nearly day one. The trainers engage with each of the class participants, not giving preference to any level or type of member. Whether you have never stepped into a gym or are a gym rat, they make you feel like you belong, that you are strong and succssful. During the classes, the trainers pay close attention to form and make sure that you are pushing yourself to your potential making you want to try a little harder, sweat a little more. I have been a member of many gyms and many fitness classes, this is by far the best I have been to in every aspect.
