The space yoga studio has a great impaction to my life. I love the yoga instructors, feel very welcoming, feels like family. I have become friends with many students and yoga instructors there. My anti-stress reliever! I love to be able continue my yoga practice along with The Space community.

This studio is a gem in Visalia. All the people and instructors there have been friendly, warm, and welcoming. They offer a good variety of classes for all skill levels and even have childcare for some classes for parents that need it.

A great little studio located here in downtown Visalia. Kristen is a patient and nurturing teacher that quickly puts you at ease in her classes. My girlfriend frequents The Space at least once a week for their Hot Yoga sessions, and not to be crass, but I am definitely enjoying the results. I've only been twice so far but I will soon get off my butt and come join in more often. Time spent within The Space is definitely medicine for the mind, body and soul.

A great little studio located here in downtown Visalia. Kristen is a patient and nurturing teacher that quickly puts you at ease in her classes. My girlfriend frequents The Space at least once a week for their Hot Yoga sessions, and not to be crass, but I am definitely enjoying the results. I've only been twice so far but I will soon get off my butt and come join in more often. Time spent within The Space is definitely medicine for the mind, body and soul.

This place is great and it continues to improve. All of the instructors I've interacted with have a different feel about them, always happy and bubbly. Refreshing to be around positive people. I'm not usually a yoga fan, but I've found it much more enjoyable here and that is largely because of the instructors. Totally recommend hot yoga on Friday's. I've reluctantly taken a few barre classes, and was surprised at how much it actually worked my body. (I guess I thought because it was a bunch of ladies in there it wouldn't be tough) HA! Anyways, if anyone were to ask I would tell them to go to The Space. Atmosphere is on point, instructors are great, owner is genuine and a fun person to be around. Check it out, you won't be disappointed! Tell them James Wasilchuk sent you, probably won't get you anything but I think it's a good idea. haha ENJOY

This review is specifically for the Barre class. I use to do Xtend Barre in San Diego and since moving back to the area, I was looking to continue my practice, however I was greatly disappointed with this class. It was mediocre at best. The poses did not flow from one to the other, and the instructor did not have the energy to be teaching the class. Very low energy.

I had an amazing experience here. I showed up early/on time as I do with most life situations that revolve around a time line and had a wonderfully relaxing experience. I highly recommend this studio and regard it as the best in the Central Valley of California.

Each class starts and ends right on time (which is super helpful when trying to get to work after my daily dose of zen!) I highly recommend taking a class here at The Space!
