I have been training at Katie's since the day that she opened. All I can say is that Katie has changed my life for the better in so many ways! Every time I leave the studio, I feel amazing. My body is stronger, my back pain is gone and my overall quality of life has improved from her workouts. I've taken many other Pilates classes, and no one can match Katie's good vibes or her positive energy. I always have a great day after a session with her! She also plays the best music during class.

Katie is very attentive and helped me through an injury. Her place is beautiful and clean. The classes are small and both instructors communicate well and carefully watch your placement and positions which is essential to the Pilates exercise program.

Absolutely amazing space!!! Thank you so much for such a great experience while visiting Visalia, CA! I was able to get an amazing session in with Ms. Katie. She was super hospitable, kind, and informative as to how each movement assists my body. The space is super clean, fresh, and upbeat!! Definitely check this spot out!! Pilates, barre, TRX, and a number of classes that you can find on her website. Just what my body needed! Get your stretch on.
