Nice employees. Membership is too cheap for survival of low-capacity gym. Kids room has too much employee turnover. TVs don't have sound. Music is too loud. Decent equipment selection for a small gym. Lockers are clean.

It looked nice at first, turns out they're only worried about money. The trainer isn't trying to get you into shape he's trying to get you to pay an extra 300 for 1 on 1 "training" if you say no they try and talk you into buying vitamins that are way over priced. To top it off they closed the gym without a phone call or e-mail and continued to charge me until i drove across town to another gym and cancelled. No refund either. If i could give zero star's i would. Out of hundreds of reviews this is my only 1 star rating

This gym was doomed from the beginning. From the opening date continuously being delayed to promises of a second gym opening closer to my home.. So glad I bailed when I did. Sad to see another business in town fail, but you can't expect a business to succeed with a poorly executed business plan.

It would be a great place to go, but the "month to month" they claim is not month to month. I tried to cancel my account. I was told that i would have to pay the 30 says after wards. I informed them I lost my job and they said i could do a $5.00 hold (this was in October) they said i would have to pay November full price before they wold do the $5.00 hold at the end of December. i went in to cancel the day they took out the money out of our bank account. They said I cant do it tell the next day its 6:10 pm and 'they don,t do it after 6:00 pm the Manager was talking to me like i am a kid. I canceled it and paid the 30 days and then another 30 days which was 60 days not 30 days.( They would not work with us at all) so their month to month was not true. I informed them I paid the 60 days they asked. They continued to Email me 2 times a day and call me over and over again. calling my wife and texting her. I went in and paid them and negative my account to stop the harassment of emails and phone calls. not wanting to work with us. I asked them if I could pay them payments and or pay later. they would not want to do that . They had to have the full amount now. They will not give me the information to Corporate or the owner and they say that non of my business. so I went in and paid it all. then the next day they call my wife telling her we need to pay again and that the payment did not go threw. but the bank shows it went threw. so i had to pay with my bank account making it more negative but they don't care to help out people in times of need. in the holiday season so its taking away from my family because of the consent calls and emails over and over again.i will not go to them again and would not tell people to go. all the rules they want to make up is not right. i just hope they will have better services from here on out. watch how they will respond to this!

Terrible Gym Terrible service I would recommend people to go to planet fitness or even in shape for crying out loud downloading a free workout app would save you a lot more hassle

Terrible experience.
All the 5 star reviews on here must be friends!
You need a ID, Email and a DNA sample just walk to around.
They lost me as a customer because I refused to give an email for waiver needed to walk through and check the place out.
I value my email and I don't want more junk mail.

This gym is perfect if u like space to workout. I havent been in a lil while but whenever I do go its never crowded. Awesome employees! Cant say enough about the atmosphere and the weight and machine selection is good too.

Flex Fit helps me reach my fitness goals. They help hold me accountable to goals I have set plus are always super friendly and helpful! The group workouts are amazing! Plus, they have challenges which I am currently in. It's fun to compete with others to help obtain my goals!

They will "nickel-and-dime" you. They advertised offering all kinds of yoga/fitness classes for $20. then just one year later they cancelled all the classes in favor of offering their own, at the "low low price of $39.99 per month"!

Great gym and great place where you can feel at home. They provide you with great customer service there and you just want to come back every time and I don't complain with my $10 monthly membership. Would definitely recommend

Been a member since it opened, Great gym in a convenient location. Wide assortment of machines and equipment.
