I joined up in 2011 when it was LA Boxing. The transition to UFC has only made it better. There is a better variety of classes and the coaches are top notch. Yes, the gym is small compared to other gyms but the quality of the trainers makes up for it. You won't find better trainers anywhere.
If you're looking for a social club with a juice bar and couches to lounge in, this isn't the place for you. If you want to transform your body, improve your health, increase your confidence, learn new exercises and self defense, this is the place to do it. BUT you get out of it what you put into it and no one is going to do it for you. They will guide you, teach you, push you and keep you on track but it's up to you to make the results happen.
