My wife and I really love this place. Its a great workout environment and so are all the trainers. They definitely make you feel welcome and at home. My wife has a disability and they really try to work out with to improve. Their prices are very fair and the environment is very conducive. Recommended!!
I have been to cheer gyms all over the world and have never been in one with with an owner who is so caring about all of her clients. Best gym i've been in, as I value a gym that cares for the individual athlete and doesn't considering kids to be just a "number".
Plus, I love the fact that they are winning large competitions without losing the caring and compassionate part of their top notch training program!
Our daughter has been at this gym for a little over 3 years and absolutely loves it. The environment is super friendly and professional we couldn't ask for a better gym.
Best cheer gym around, the coaches are friendly, and highly qualified trainers,my daughter loves it there ! You get treated like family here...
Dirty, crowded and poor training. We tried, but we could not take the yelling, lack of room to practice, and the uncleanliness.

my little sister goes to south bay gymnastics and i have never seen her so happy to be going there she has gone to many other gyms and even though she misses her friends she has made so many new friends and she has acheived alot i would recommend this place to anyone who asked about it
