I love this studio. The energy in the studio is so calm and pleasant. Everyone is nice and welcoming. I love the Saturday Kundalini class with Sukhmani and Maureen's classes. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who already loves yoga or someone just wanting to try yoga.
I love this studio. It's peaceful, clean and the instructors are amazing. Try it ! You will not be disappointed. And there is a real variety of workshops & classes.
I being lucky to find this yoga studio almost 2 years ago. Always fill welcome by Karen and young ladies at the reception desk. The ambient inspires me to relax. All the yoga instructors in every discipline has giving me the right advice and guidence to persevere and be consistent with my practice of yoga and addressing my concerns. As a Plus, the floor is soft and with all the props, doing yoga in the GGIW is a blessing in disguise.
Such a great space, always have a great time and leave so relaxed. The staff is so kind and helpful that I feel right at home.

This studio is a hidden gem inside Lomita, California. It focuses on teaching real yoga (not the hot kind or heavy flow). Teachers are well credentialed and have years of experience. The community of students are always eager to show up and do their best. Karen the owner is on top of providing the best services to her clients.....Once you take one class, you cannot go anywhere else.....

A beautiful, welcoming, down-to-Earth space, that does not center on the hard-core youthful yoga practice of other studios. As a handicapped woman of color, I've enjoyed the teachers who emphasize breathing and careful postures within my own abilities. Utter yoga newbies, to those with health issues, to experienced yogis & yoginis, are welcome to find a class to suit their needs. Mats and basic yoga props are freely provided. The studio also hosts, and is available, for ongoing classes, workshops, and Reiki sessions.
I hope this space continues to grow and prosper.

I've been to my third yoga class here. Absolutely love this place. Very welcoming, the instructors are very knowledgeable and patient. Definitely will keep going.
A beautiful, welcoming space, run by people who care. All the teachers are enthusiastic about their yoga styles, and the variety ensures anyone from utter newbies, to those with health issues, to experienced yogis & yoginis, may find a class to suit their needs.

What a lovely place, great variety of classes and so many fascinating and diverse events. I attended a sound healing bath here that was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had. I love the yoga classes, too. GGIW has a peaceful spiritual vibe. The studio is large, so there is plenty of room. Teachers are excellent; yoga classes for all levels. The owners Karen and Susan are down to earth, and truly care about their members. Welcoming and Caring are good words to describe GGIW. Love the little boutique as well. I bought a vegetarian cook book here that has become my all time favorite, also bought some of their blue lotus comfy line of yoga clothes.
