Great people coaches and workouts designed to build core strength. I've been working out the past couple weeks and haven't felt this sore since senior year of high school.

Great workout, encouragement, and results. I've been working with Crossfit TSAC for almost a year and I feel the best I ever had in my 35 years! Dropped 40lbs too!

I'm a naturally competitive person and love sports, so when CrossFit started making a buzz, I did my homework on each of the gyms popping up around the South Bay. I wanted a good workout, minus the SouthBay meatheads and cliques. My first WOD with Matt (he's the owner) and I have been hooked. I've been travelling quite a bit and have dropped in at other CrossFit gyms from San Francisco to Vegas to Orange County, but none have been as supportive and fun as TSAC. Regardless if you're an experienced athlete or new to exercise, its a lot of fun & the other members are great!
Dropped in 3 times while in town for work. What can I say? Good place, great people. If I didn't know better I would have thought I was at my home box. Everybody was friendly and inviting and the workouts were a welcome change of pace.
I train at an excellent box in Knoxville, TN. I am spoiled and my expectations of both the box and the trainers is high. Both of these expectations were met and/or surpassed durting my drop in at CF TSAC. I called a month ahead and left a message. Matt, the owner, called back within an hour. Impressive response. Very encouraging of the drop in, etc. I had called 3 other boxes in the area. No call back from any. Arrived for the 6 AM class, walked in and felt immediately at home. The place is all business, but the members were welcoming. TSAC just "feels" right for a dedicated CF-er. It's compact, so no wasted space but that means you get to interact with a lot of people. OK, so the box and the people are nice. What about the coaching? Matt has a great vibe. In 30 seconds, he set his bona fides out and it was obvious he had been hard at work learning about his job. I was super-impressed by Matt's pre-strength session refresher of the movements and felt like I was listening to the owner of my box. Bear in mind, my gym owner consistently platforms at O lifing competitions/and has placed teams/individuals in the Top 10 at Regionals every year so I have experienced great coaching. I place Matt in a similar category of excellence. Detailed, precise, instructor-quality movements. I watched Matt as he observed all of us lifting. Great on-the-spot corrections and encouragement. He was a big help to my friend who trains at a box in CT without the level of coaching he was getting and I saw him improve dramatically before my eyes. The WOD was tough but Matt stayed on everybody, calling out me and my friend by name, challenging, encouraging. I have done drop-ins in about 10 boxes across the country. Each one was great in its own way but I would rate CF TSAC as the best overall experience I have had on any drop in. If I lived in this area, there is NO DOUBT that this is where I would train. If you come to Knoxville, TN, drop in on CrossFit Ktown and you will get similar quality.
I started coming here for the kids class for my two boys eight and 10 absolutely love it after nine months I convince myself to try it. Never been into working out and exercising but when my wife told me it was time to climb Mount Whitney I knew I had to do something. This place has a great awesome trainers and a lot of fun . After completing Mount Whitney I've continued to come here twice a week and look forward to it highly recommend it and have made lots of great friends along the way .
