Prices aside ($$$), the sales associates were friendly and helpful. If you find something you like, but they don't have your size in stock, you are able to order it (online) and pay it in the store -- shipping is free! However, I doubt this option applies to final sale items.
Just wanted to commend the entire staff at the Del Amo mall Lulu location. Everyone is always very friendly and greets you with a smile when you walk in. I stopped by the other day to purchase my 3rd pair of T.H.E. 9" Short and to have my other two pairs hemmed to 8" rather than 9". They were very helpful and informative about the process and didn't mind answering all the questions I had about it, as I had never done it before. The new pair I purchased ended up having to be ordered, and it took some doing on their part to find exactly what I wanted in the right size. They of course reassured me it was no trouble at all and it all went smoothly. Today I came in to pick up one of the pairs I had hemmed and it not only was the perfect length, but looked as if it were brand new off the rack. They even went to so far as to include the little slit on each side, which was a great detail. Big thanks to that whole team for catering to me and making me a very happy customer!

Staffs are immensely helpful. They help me find discount items and the right clothing sizes for me as well as explaining the differences between each clothing item. The store is actually not at this pin anymore. It's farther up across Carson St. so check the store directory before you head out. :)
