Best gym in the South Bay by a mile! So much better than the UFC gym I used to go to. This is a real gym for people who really wanna lift!
Really one of the only smaller not corporate gyms in the area. Coming from jersey/ny area where powerhouses are the best gyms, it was nice to find this gem. Great price. Great people and no annual fees.

Dave runs a great facility and very helpful.my son had a broken hand and came up with some ways to work around it. Also supports the local community.

The staff are phenomenal....super kind, friendly and hard working. They are constantly cleaning, doing maintenance and tidying. I have never seen a business with such a high work ethic. This is not a plastic place for plastic people....it's real, honest and friendly. There's a wide array of cardio equipment in addition to everything else. Dave has done something really special and it speaks volumes about his character. What a gift.

Great atmosphere. Serious lifters that inspire, but without the tude. Reminds me of the old Golds in Redondo.Dave recently gave my son who has a broken hand, advice on how to workout with just one good arm.Awesome place to workout.
