I've taken classes here with several of the instructors over the years, but Michelle is my favorite! I love her energy and the way she can modify each person's workout during her group sessions. It shows me that she really cares and knows what she doing!

Whether you're dealing with a sore back or shoulder, she remembers your condition and tailors your individual workout. You leave feeling better than when you walked in. 2.) There is a warm and friendly, almost family-like feeling in the studio. Her students are long-term and have loads of trust in her and the pilates method. I felt worked out in places that I had been neglecting - exactly what I was looking for. Michelle kept us engaged and explained everything, all the the little details. She notices everything and that, to me, is the sign of a real teacher and professional.

Friendly and knowledgeable instructors! They're all mindful of any pre existing injuries or aches and pains and make a point to show alternative exercises if you don't feel comfortable doing what the rest of the class is doing.
