"If it's not hard, it's not a workout!" Don't remember which trainer said this but it stuck with me. Coach M and Coach Marlin are the best! Love this place and always know I will get a great workout with coaches and teammates that encourage everyone to do their best and keep going!
I was searching for a boot camp on yelp and I found Fitness and Fun. I spoke to my wife andwe decided to join together and it has proven to be one of the best decisions we ever made together. 2.5 years later and we are still going strong. FFTC promotes that team like atmosphere and we've made great friends here. See you there!

By far the BEST gym I have ever been too! It's more than just the workouts that I love. The workouts are awesome and fun. Every class is different which makes it not boring! Everyone is encouraging and having a good time while working out
