I started going to classes 10 months ago. And I couldn't be happier with the choice that I made. Usually when I was going to a normal gym I was always finding an excuse to skip it or I was just doing few exercise. But here at I love kick boxing even after 10 hours of work I want to go, it helps you a lot with taking of the stress of a long day, and the staff is really nice and amazing, it helps you pushing through your limits (and this is what I need it, motivation, someone that tells me you can do it !!) and they really help you with everything. I feel more powerful, strong and I finally feel my muscles growing. Try it and you will not regret it ! I am already sad that in 1 year I have to go back in Italy and I will not be able to be here anymore! But for now I am gonna enjoy this as much as I can !
