One of the few places that teaches a wonderful form of Meditation without having you claim bankruptcy, afterwards.

Ananda is one of the greatest blessings in my life. The techniques of meditation and energization I've learned through Ananda has completely transformed my life for the better. On top of that, the community is some of the sweetest, kindest people I know. I can't recommend them enough.

Yoga and meditation are a very big part of my life. Ananda Meditation Center is a great place to destress and find center. They truly care about the health and wellbeing of all who attend. I really feel blessed having found them.
