Soul Fitness LA is absolutely the best yoga studio. The classes range from gentle, stretching classes to active, fitness classes and everything in between. Every teacher is warm, knowledgable and gives modifications for the less bendy. Some classes include essential oils, which is fun too. But it is the sense of acceptance, friendliness and community that sets this studio apart. Being there certainly improves my yoga practice, but just as importantly, feeds my soul.
Soul fitness LA has changed my life. This amazing studio has taking my fitness and spiritual goals to heightened levels. With numerous medical issues, I have been able to get them into control with the various levels of fitness and yoga this studio has to offer. I took my first sculpt two years ago and was surprised with the shaping and cardio this class has to offer. When my muscles are soar I take the many expert yoga class -from gentle to intense, to ease my pain. This yoga studio has been a healer. The teachers are knowledgeable, the owner a professional. The environment is calming, and radiates positivism and inner peace. Thank you SoulfitnessLA for giving the community a precious gift.
After over a year of coming to this studio, I can say with confidence that is it absolutely wonderful and never dull! It's perfect for beginners and seasoned-yogis as a healthy variety of classes are offered to help you up your game or get you into practice quickly. The instructors are all wonderful and welcoming - some will make you sweat and put you to the test while others will guide you through meditation and tranquility. Soul Fitness LA has it ALL! If you're tired of going through the same sun salutations over and over again, and want a true yoga practice that includes challenges to the mind, body and spirit, this is your ticket!
I highly recommend Juan's Hatha Yoga class for those who want an extra challenge both physically and mentally..as well as hilarious jokes throughout! Isabelle is always asking what the class would like to work on so if you want the perks of a private session built into a group session, she is your ticket! Manuri, the manager, provides a friendly community - there are events that include potlucks, wine, sound baths, essential oils, and even field trips! You will feel as though you hit the jackpot in terms of friendships, health, and education.
I came here initially because of the prices - you can try unlimited classes for a week for only $10 and continue the unlimited trial for a month for only $30! Once you meet the instructors and get in your routine, nothing will make you want to leave this studio. The community you'll gain from just trying to keep up your yoga practice is truly invaluable. :)

Best studio in the South Bay!!!! Great energy and amazing classes. Started a year ago as a beginner and have learned so much. As a beginner, they always suggested modifications so I could grow stronger and learn the alignment correctly. Amazing teachers as well as students. Love this studio!!!!

Hi. I work for the City of Redondo Beach. Soul Fitness LA has a permit for 6 students. That is their maximum capacity. They regularly cram 25 students into that small space in violation of the Redondo Beach Fire Code. They also lock the doors during class. Also, a violation of Redondo Beach Fire Code. If a fire broke out, with overcapacity and locked doors, there would be a horrible tragedy. This yoga studio is a disaster waiting to happen. Any more violations and we will be forced to pull their permit. Thanks!

I loved going to this studio! There are so many different types of classes offered that there is something for everyone. All the instructors are fantastic. I just moved to Seattle and haven't found a yoga studio that compares!

This is my favorite yoga studio. They have the best prices in the south bay. The teachers are great, and they are building a great yoga community at this studio. They have all levels of classes and a great variety of times during the week for the classes I want. A great vibe. It's in a great location: I can walk to the beach or the Riviera Village from here after class.
