Music is an extremely important factor in my workouts, and it's been difficult to find trampoline workouts that have great music - the music in the class was amazing! The instructor was fun and energetic and interacted with everyone who was virtually in the class. It went by extremely quickly, but I definitely worked up a sweat! Highly recommend!

It was a great experience. Everyone was super friendly. Katherine was such a nice person and she made me feel so comfortable when it was my first time. She really set the atmosphere of my experience after. And Bria is fitness goals! She's amazingly strong and super attentive to form. She makes me want to be better. I can't wait to come back!

This is a great more-than-barre studio. The instructors are high energy & the best in town! I have brought several friends to class, many of which have become regulars! They offer great barre classes, along with HIIT & super fun trampoline classes to get your low-impact, high-intensity cardio game on!

After kids, I was feeling like I would never get my body back! Then I found Barre! Let me tell you, Barre Works - the perfect name for this studio. Five years in, I am now an instructor and have never better!
I love the new classes offered at Barreworks! If you are looking for a good sweat, I recommend the Barre HIIT classes. The studio is clean and has knowledgeable instructors. I can't recommend this studio enough!
I am loving the updates at Barreworks! It will take me a little while to get used to not calling it "pop". Same great instructors, but updated looks, props, and classes! I have gone to classes throughout the South Bay, and this is the best studio I have found. I like how it has hardwood floors rather than carpet, the studio is kept very clean. I don't dread going to work out, I actually look forward to it! Everyone that works there makes an effort to learn your name and make you feel like you belong in their community, which I think is very important!
I love this studio, the teachers and all of the classes! The Barre Sculpt is my all time favorite and has made me super strong in technique and posture! The trampoline class is literally one of the hardest classes I've ever taken in my life but one of my favorites bc I feel like I have gotten such a great workout by the end of it.
