Monica and the instructors at CPY are truly amazing and hand-picked. I enjoy their class formats, great music, fun people and community centered culture. I participated in multiple teacher trainings and felt the seminars were well-organized and life enriching. The teachers at CPY truly want the best for their students and help them reach optimal health and thrive. Thank you!

Love this place. I got hooked on hot yoga after trying a week for free and never left. The community is very welcoming and the classes are awesome.
I went for the first time this past weekend and greatly enjoyed it! I did the Hot Power Fusion class and it wasn't like any yoga class I'd done before. Very fast paced and high energy. Everyone was very encouraging as well! Also -- when I walked in the door and mentioned it was my first time, one of the teachers (not even the one teaching my class) took me around and showed me where to put my shoes, where the locker room is, how to use the locker, and walked me to class. So helpful! That part always makes me nervous (going to a new studio and not knowing my way around) and they were all so friendly and helpful. Definitely will be returning!! Great workout and welcoming staff!
