Absolutely love this place. Great instructors and the new owners bring an addicting energy and enthusiasm that draws you back. I've taken classes with at least six different instructors and all have been great. One of the biggest strengths in my opinion is each offers a slightly different approach while keeping to the core of style they are leading. I first started coming hoping to become more flexible but it has become so much more for me. I've become to really appreciate the spiritual side of yoga and the movements. Never thought I would love yoga so much but yet here I am and HYHY and their instructors have been the main reason why

Great facility. Friendly, helpful staff. I tried the sculpt and found it to be an outstanding workout. Between the temperature and the continuous flow of exercise, I found that I was pushed to my limits. Having had a lifetime of exercise experience in athletics, and a history of preparing athletes and military personnel for activity, this class was truly a great workout. The class, facilities and most of all the staff made this a great experience for all to try.

I consider myself lucky to be a part of the team at HYHY. The studio owner is fair and works hard to offer the instructors continues learning programs.
