I love it I can do anything I want , walk, exercise, swim and go to the sauna, jacuzzi
I'm a long time member of LA Fitness. I think they could clean a better. The black stretch mats always have a funk at this location. I have been to several other locations whose mats do not smell like this. Anyway, I go to this location for cycling or when i want to use the hot tub. Temecula Pwky location is equidistant and super clean and new. Giving 3 stars bc of cleanliness, I also saw a cockroach in the pool area one time. Had to kill it.
I was in town visiting family and my brother in law and I went to the gym to use the pool and hot tub. I was given a 3 day guest pass to use. When we showed up at the gym, the person at the front desk was incredibly rude and told me since I lived out of state I could not use the guest pass. I was expected to.pay $15.00 for the visit or $60.00 for the weekend. I guess I have a different interpretation of guest pass as opposed to LA Fitness. It was a terrible customer service experience at this gym.
Clean and quiet with a ton of equipment, pool, sauna, hot tub, children's section and a friendly staff
By far the best gym I've attended not to busy even at the peak hours which is amazing equipment is always working the employees are very professional and sincere and helpful. Miss Jordan helped me out and signed me up very personal not salesy what's so ever made me feel very comfertable and at home I strongly recommend this gym and Jordan for helping me out. You also receive a session with a professional trainer which I highly advise if you dont know what your doing or need the extra help these trainers going out of their way to go above and beyond for any of there clients or even anyone working out. Great pricing and you definately get what you pay for.

The classes are worth going to and the instructors are nice. Unfortunately the employees at the desk cannot do their simple jobs. Tried to cancel membership four times because we were moving and we were told it was cancelled. However, we endingup being charged every month after for 4 months and every time we would call to hear "we're sorry." That many times of calling and being lied to about them cancelling our membership is a big problem. Each month we called we also asked that they send a refund because it's it's not our fault they never registered our canceling. Never saw a refund.

Simply excellent customer service! I really cannot say enough good things, especially about Hillary. The management and staff rocks! The club is always clean and the staff is always professional. No other gym will do.

My mom and I really like Kristin's spin class. That girl makes my thighs burn for days. I wasn't impressed with other other gymsIi've been too. This one is the classiest. Don't waste your time with other gyms.
The morning girls are my absolute favorite. I'm writing this review because Brianna and Brandy are always so sweet and greet me with a smile in the morning. It always makes my day to see such happyfriendly staff. Most places make you feel unwelcome but not here.
This is my favorite LA FItness location. Caren in the childcare is the sweetest lady ever. They could not have hired a better person for the job. My kids adore her and coming here. The front desk is always friendly and the facility is super clean. I always see at least one person cleaning when I work out here.
I never really take the time to complete reviews but, this time I will. I have found an awesome trainer at the Temecula location. Zach is a trainer that really motivates you and pushes you to be accountable. He teaches you about your core and takes the time to help you establish some great workout routines. If you need a dedicated, passionate and a trainer that delivers results then Zach is your guy!
I am SO happy I made the switch! I used to be a member of Fitness 19 and my biggest pet peeve was waiting FOREVER to get to use a machine. One reason I love this gym because I literally never have that problem! This place is freaking huge! Overall the other people who work out here seem cool and no drama. At my last gym it was all about showing off. The front desk are friendly and the blond lady I think she is a manager is really nice. I recommend LA Fitness if you don't like overcrowded places.

I have been an LA Fitness member for some time but what keeps me from joining nearby clubs with lower rates is the service. I come almost every day and the front desk staff always are super friendly with an upbeat attitude. I have been a member at gyms in the past where the front desk staff are rude and ignore you. I wanted to take the time to really express my appreciation for the staff and managers for making the environment warm and feel like home. It certainly is motivating!
Unfriendly, unprofessional, rip off managers. They do not care about you. Don't be fooled. They refused to refund my training money even when I did what I was supposed to do. They believe in short term gain. As a good customer, I expected more from these people. Stay away. Dirty place most of the time. BAD MANAGERS.
Don't know why all the bad reviews maybe they overhauled this place because when I went it was fantastic. Plenty of equipment, space, cleaner than any other location I've been to yet. Only thing that disappointed me was the lack of angry rednecks that one reviewer said hung out here. Oh well I'll keep going and keep you all updated on the amount of crimson necked individuals.
We've been training with Zach for a few months now and consider him an exceptional trainer and excellent representative for LA Fitness. The staff here is funny and sarcastic which we believe makes this gym much more inviting. Not sure why so many reviewers give this place a bad rep. It's clean, has good quality machines and the sales people always go out of their way to greet you.
Showers are still disgusting... And I love it when the fire dep uses the rig to get to the gym so they can play racket ball... Rig double parked... Isn't it illegal to use a fire truck everyday for non official use??? Must have a do whatever you want pass... All but 3 treadmills have loose control panels. They make a ton of noise.... Easy fix but not for this joker gym...
