I have finally found a workout that I truly enjoy and look forward going to. The instructors are amazing! Very knowledgeable and accommodating to any injures you might have. I also enjoy the variety each class offers. No two classes are the same so you never get bored! I highly recommend trying a class!
The Pilates Co is my second home!! This beautiful studio is fresh and clean all the time. The owners are the best and are sure to keep the reformers and equipment maintained for quality and safety. All the instructors are well trained and consistently providing new workouts each day that never the same. There are classes 7 days a week at all different times to meet my busy schedule. Give The Pilates Co a try with the FREE class they offer and you will be coming back for more!
Love this studio! The instructors are so knowledgeable and always provide a fun, challenging and varied workout. They are great at modifying the exercises for those who are injured. I've noticed such a difference in my core strength since being at this studio. Would highly recommend!
Love The Pilates Co! The instructors are very helpful even if you start with limitations. I think the best exercise is the exercise that you love, do and continue to do. I've been doing Pilates for several years now & this is one of the best places I've been to. The Pilates Co offers a free class to start but also a reduced rate on the first set to see if you're going to continue to love it. It's a great way to try it out!
I love this studio and I love the instructors!! I have been a member since they opened and since then Pilates has been a constant throughout my year. They helped me rehab after shoulder surgery, providing modifications as needed, and I recovered faster than expected! They offer a variety of classes and no two classes are the same. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and are SO much fun!! I LOVE this Pilates family of mine!!

The warmth of the studio and the beautiful people in it, make me want to show up and do my best every single time I go to class! They have a lot of classes available each day which works awesome for my sometimes crazy schedule! I can go early in the morning or late at nights if I need to! Their online system is great! I can log easily, schedule a class, and I get reminders on my phone! The classes are always fantastic! The instructors make sure the moves are fresh and fun, they explain things really well, they care about alignment, form and control. They always offer modifications so everyone gets what they need from the class; if you want to challenge yourself a little more, or if you need to take care of your body a little more that day. There is no judgement or harsh critics. Just a fun, motivating crew, great all around workout, and awesome place to be!
