Thought a lot about joining OT because it was beyond my budget but after three classes I would say my decision was not wrong. The type of exercises are really good. There is variety and you don't repeat the workout very often.... more

Online classes are disorganized. Took one and can't see poses half th time. Bogus at monthly @$189 for only 3 classes day. Too much for what you get. Now that everyone is online, there are lots of better places to go.... more
The Y has been such a great resource for my family. I highly recommend taking a look before signing up for a traditional gym. They have so many programs, amenities, and classes with knowledgeable and professional instructors it's a great value!.... more
UPDATE: Randy's actually a very good club manager. We had some differences at first, but after several meetings, emails, and a call later, I honestly believe that he is trying to change this gym for the better.... more
This gym has nice facilities, but it's just dirty and poorly maintained. Check out the locker room floors, pool deck and sauna. There's typically debris in the pool, including band aids on the bottom and hair floating in the water.... more

Excellent, experienced personal training at a great facility designed for just that -- personal training. Showers and restrooms are nice, place is clean and there's ample parking. This is the place to go if you're serious about your fitness goals and don't want to mess around with the busy "selfie" gyms and inexperienced trainers.... more
