I have been doing the boot camps at 2B Fit for several years now. Some things I love about my experience there are: It is never the same class twice. I go to Derrick's boot camps and he changes the course every day. He has a great sense of humor and even though the camps are tough, they are also fun. There are a nice group of regulars who I have come to know; yet we are always happy to see new members and help get them started.
This place really is 5/5. Clean, friendly, effective training. You actually get a great workout, and you have fun the whole time because it's constantly changing and there is a fun (and often funny) vibe in the room. Love it!
Phenomenal place to get back in shape. Derrick is a very creative and dedicated coach, there is something new every day. The bootcamp is without a proverbial pressure, everyone is doing their best. Derrick is paying attention to everyone. I have been attending morning sessions. And this is the only way for busy professionals with family obligations to get the comprehensive workout done and done right.
Great work out daily, Derrick and Kim are always focusing on a balanced, total body workout. When you follow their routine, you will soon see results, a toned body! Thanks for being a great coach!
Just had another great workout here. The staff is awesome and the trainers really understand movement as it pertains to each individual. I always feel like I'm in good hands with these guys. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking to drop some lbs or just keep yourself fit

I have been working out with 2B Fit for 4 years. This is the first time in many years of trying to stick with an excercise routine. I tried them all, but 2B Fit bootcamp is the first one that worked. The variety of work outs from day-to-day, the fact that you get to know people you work out with and become friends with them, and that even after 4 years of working out every time after the work out i feel that good muscle pain that tells you that you worked out the muscles in your body which were not touched by the workout the day before - all that makes me want to come back every day! They recently added tabatas on Mo and We which are great as well!
Their boot camp classes are great. Good variety of workouts everyday, a supportive and upbeat crew of members, good music, and a decent schedule with multiple slots to choose from (mornings, evenings, and Saturdays). Great location. It's a bit pricey, but not unreasonably so -- especially if it motivates you to work out several times a week.

I really like the class format and the constant change up to keep things interesting. I would like to see the facility cleaned regularly and the gear cleaned daily. A clean environment wold compete much better with the rising competition in the neighborhood.

Great workout session...Fabulous trainers and great people to workout with. Would say the number 1 place to do bootcamp in Cupertino!!!

Kim and Derrick at 2B Fit have a unique ability to tailor workouts to individual needs. When a specific limb or body part is sore or injured, they recommend alternatives that allow clients to continue to make progress toward fitness goals. And they always make it fun!
I take bootcamp classes there. Each day is different, but it always kicks my butt, strength, balancing, all with added cardio. I've been going at least 3 times a week and I've noticed myself getting stronger. It's not easy if you are out of shape like me, but I find it easier as months go by. It really is a great workout and you get what you put in.
Derek and Kim really do make it fun and different and get all of my muscles toned. Love it!
