Excellent, experienced personal training at a great facility designed for just that -- personal training. Showers and restrooms are nice, place is clean and there's ample parking. This is the place to go if you're serious about your fitness goals and don't want to mess around with the busy "selfie" gyms and inexperienced trainers. Mostly young professionals train here but it caters to everyone!
