Online classes are disorganized. Took one and can't see poses half th time. Bogus at monthly @$189 for only 3 classes day. Too much for what you get. Now that everyone is online, there are lots of better places to go.
The Yin yoga class I attended literally left me scared. The teacher used hot stones that were too hot causing nasty blisters that I will have reminders of indefinitely.
Yoga instructors are nice. They do not offer many classes after 8 during weekdays or weekends. Definitely, think thoroughly before you signed up for any membership, there are no cancellation/ freezing membership
