Always clean, huge building for working out, and lots of machinery available for all to use.

This my local Planet Fitness, given central location it is accessible but also V busy during peak times. staff are nice, equipment functioning/clean, decent parking space. cant beat Value all you get for $10/mo!

Approximately around 12 am the new guy Andrew from lynwood sold my water bottle from 711 brand to a customer witch i bought it at 711 store left it there to use the restroom.i ask the new guy where it is and deny everything and not only he deny it, he also kick me out while I was getting to work out . So he messed up vibe n left. Y'all should of kept Maranda Wonderful lady she did extremely far and beyond for the customers. n Daniel too and he doing amazing job .

I my car got broken in to. And other gym goers too. And it has been happening alot in that area. Day and night. And I travel from La habra Brea area because there is no planet fitness in that area. That's the closets to me. And it kinda sucks.

Always too crowded. They need to have a limit to how many memberships they sell. It's getting ridiculous with how busy it always is. Only time to go to get a good workout is from 1am-3am. Who can work with that kinda schedule

This is definitely a great location. At times it's very busy but the location is larger than other company gym's and the locker room and amenities are also better.

I have been a member for quite some time , it had always been a great experience until tonight. I was super disappointed in the staffing! They were practically kids ! They were more worried about surrounding friends or acquaintances and had absolute horrible customer service! Sytems were slow , the cashier was trying to charge my purchase, it took 3 times till it finally went through, but she tried and was helpful. It was her friends that didn't give me any personal space during the transaction that was the problem. They kept bumping into me while I was at the desk . Being very distracting to my cashier ... So I have used the tanning booths before when we could just sign in and request a time frame of choice. But now it requires a survey online to choose the time for me . Which is ridiculous, but that wasn't even the problem. The problem was the employee abraham didn't even guide me and he looked super annoyed with the very little questions I was trying to ask. When all said and done I went into the booth it was already started , so I rushed to undress & lather up . Once I was in , it was literally on for a good 10 to 20 seconds . And it shut off! I was already frustrated cause from the start it hadn't been one bit pleasant. So I I'm in the booth naked and call the front desk to ask them if they can restart it. Brianna said I would have to go back out to the desk to sign back in. I stated that's ridiculous ! She said my card wasn't registered into the system, which made no complete sense at all cause how would I have gotten in ,in the first place . I then started using some not so nice words and from being completely annoyed! She insisted I would have to go up to the desk. I was completely done with these employees. As i approached the desk she annoyingly asked if I was the person in the tanning booth. I asked for management. Of course they dont have managers available. Ok so I asked for a card to get ahold of someone I could talk to for this very unpleasant experience & they have me card that only lead back to low & behold the front desk! Circles , I spent money buying products for my visit that went to waste so that was a loss. My whole visit was a flop. I'm super disappointed in tonight's visit. It's hard dealing with employees that dont know how to do what's expected nor offer a courtesy start of machines since there was an obvious mel function. Instead of making it worse for the customer. And smirking the whole time . And once I asked for names there whole attitudes changed. Then trying to be helpful and focused. I left very upset cause I didn't get anything I wanted to done & spent cash for no reason...

Miranda and Danny always provide the best customer support they make feel part of the planet's fitness family I always feel judgmental free and the machines are always nice and clean when they are working im shipping off to the military this weekend and the helped me prepare physically and emotionally by provide good working machines and motivation

Equipments great, well maintained, clean Place and the staff is friendly. Depending on what time you go can be really crowded, but there's usually not a wait for machines.

Big Fan of Planet Fitness, very good staff, all the machines are good , you have massage chairs also if u are a black card member

Clean and well functioning equipment that is repaired quickly. However, I'm really turned off by their so-called "judgement-free" zone...while claiming to be judgement free, there's art work and signs making fun of what they call "LUNKS". They give a thorough description of a LUNK and say, "Don't be like this guy." I thought it was judgement free???!!! Just a little hypocritical!

Bought a lock, worked out, was leaving but the lock wasn't working. Code was still on the back. Went to the front desk after having 3 different ppl try the combination, boy at the front desk looked annoyed. Said his co worker would be there in a few minutes. 10 min later the girl helps me.
We couldn't break the lock, but she tried. Went to get the guy again. Said he was getting a sing to be able to go in the girls locker. While i was waiting for over 15 min he was talking to another gym goes, probably his friend. He was the rudest person I've dealt with, too busy to do a 3 min task. From the first time I went to get him until I finally got my things out a full 45 min had passed.

Just joined with a Black Card membership. Walked in for the first time and wasn't greeted in any kind of way or offered a tour or anything. Their website specifically says that you will receive the warmest welcome ever and a tour of the facility your first time there.. Didn't happen! The guy behind the desk brought up a billing issue where they are trying to charge me $40 but it's not going through. Why are they trying to charge me $40 when I just joined 2 days ago? And why am I not made aware of this billing issue before coming into the gym? He went ahead and took my pic and gave me a key card and said I could go ahead and work out but a manager would be calling me the next day.. Never received a call! Gym is way too crowded with equipment. No breathing room and way too stuffy. I was not impressed at all! The Pomona location is way better and the staff is friendly.

The place is nice, machines look good. But the staff is the worst.

I went one time for a free day pass to try out the gym. When I was done, I was motivated, and asked to sign up. The lady just opened up her iPad and left it on the counter. She didn't hand it to me, didn't tell me it was for me, actually, she didn't speak to me at all. I wanted to go over the prices, but nope.

Another man came up and rushed everything without great explanation. I felt as if I was a nuisance to them. I didn't get to ask a question before he walked away.

I walked away at that moment, not that they would care since the guy was long gone, and the lady had her back to me. This was on 02/19/18 around 8:45pm-9:00pm.

I was happy working out at his gym for a couple of months, it had everything to accommodate my fitness needs, up until recently when i finished my workout only to find that my car was burglarized in their parking lot. They have no security and 1 camera that only covers a small area in the parking lot. The girl at the front desk was rude and unsympathetic to my situation. The police said this happens often in their parking lot day or night it doesn't matter. Be careful!

Well you get what you pay for and thats not saying much. I wouldn't consider this a real gym. Limited free weights and way to crowded. I did not find any motivation in this gym. I will not be going back ever again. If you want a real workout dont go to this gym..

Super friendly staff. Shout out to Michael he was super helpful and gave me and my boyfriend the grand tour with ample information on each section and the benefits. Very clean facility and well kept. Ready to start my membership!

Best time to go is in the evening after 10pm or middle of the day. Love all the machines this place has to offer. Always clean when I'm here.

It was an okay experience. Won't go back to this location though even though it's a few blocks away from my place. Staff was okay. Don't know why you need 3 to 4 people to operate signing in people when other PF locations only have 1 or 2.

This location is small, so the quantity of machines is very minimal. The people here are gross too. Only 2 people the entire time I was there wiped down their machines. Others left them all sweaty. Disgusting.

These machines are newer, so the padding on them is extremely uncomfortable and painful.

Overall, I'll stick to the PF's that have well over 4 star reviews.

Its OK but there's to many people sometimes and not enough machines..and for the black card you would think you would get more stuff but no its just a couple things you get....there needs to be a pool and etc a damn steam room would be better...come on planet fitness...step up

Brand new place. It's pretty nice. I wish they had better water fountains and a little more features that some other PF gyms have. PF Buena Park is just a little nicer than this one.
