It's a good gym but not very clean and the water filtration system has been broken for over a month. The only good thing is its generally not crowded I'm sure when it was first built it was nice but they definitely dont keep up with maintenance well in my opinion
Love this gym. Although, I should really say I hate it just to keep you all from going! Never crazy busy and newly remodeled. Staff is not friendly at all, but, whatever, no place is perfect. Great spot to get your workout in and get out.
On the smaller side as far as clubs go but definitely one of the nicest. Has most or all of the amenities you could ask for (pool, sauna, weight room, basketball court), and it is kept clean and in good shape. No personal TV screens on workout equipment like in some other clubs, and no AC on the machines either, but those aren't really turn offs for me. Staff is friendly. I go out of my way to come to this club because it's my favorite by far.

Worst experience with customer service, my friend wanted to play vball and this employee named STEVE SIGUENZA was trying to charge him $30 to play without his consent, and without reason as there is no league and no OTHER person there had PAID. He told him he was not going to set up the net until he paid and if he stayed he wouldn't at all. Moreover, he brought up that he had issues with me, as I complained to the corporation for his lack of respect and professionalism. We of course spoke to the gym's manager and called the corporation. If LA Fitness respects and values its customers, keep employees like that away.

Edit: They've recently remodeled and it looks 100x's better. Everything on the gym floor is new. People complain about the layout but honestly just get used to it. They had to accommodate all the new machines. I only wish they had a juice bar! The locker rooms are apparently going to be changed a bit.

This is the worst place i experienced in America. They will be the nicest person until you get to sign in and pay for it. However if you want to cancel your membership, you will be very upset. The employees are not trained so they can't provide you with right information you're looking for. So basically the manager will be the only person who can handle things. But in my case, i felt offended because i feel like being ignored just because i'm not good at it.

Pricey, but good place to work out
This place was so disgusting ..when I was on the treadmill I saw rats running around and was very annoyed with the service I got. It was very unhelpful..and I think that this area workplace is very unprofessional and ij will not be returning. So I do not recommend it..BUT I DO RECOMMEND 24 HOUR FITNESS which is lovely
The staff is rude and unprofessional. The free weights area has a strong odor, the weights are thrown all over, unorganized, and filthy. This is the only LA Fitness I've been to that is disgusting. Others are very nice.

Very nice big convenience and clean. There is never a time that I come here and the parking his pack where you can't find a parking space. Customer service is excellent.
Tuesday 8/05/17, it was the second time they tried to steal my car in the parking lot. This time the razor broke in the lock of the car. But the staff who worked the shift last night could not help me see who tried it, because they do not have security cameras that can capture the unpleasant moment. So I can not feel calm in your gym while I exercise ... Imagine if you are mugged, abducted or raped in the parking lot. I do not like it anymore..
