Kuk sul is a terrific experience for our five-year-old son. Not only has it improved his physical fitness, balance and coordination, but also he learned about working towards a goal in a positive environment. Chris is an excellent instructor, merging the martial art body movements and philosophy in a fun and meaningful way. Would highly recommend the class.

This is one of the best family martial arts in the area. The leaders are wonderful, and are artists in their craft. They've traveled all over the country, and even to Korea, for training, and are absolutely excellent. Super professional, but they treat all of their students like family. They are very precise, and help their students become masters as well. This class is a great way to stay in shape, while having fun, and most importantly, learning how to defend one's self. Try it out, you'll love the atmosphere, and you'll never go back :)

I have Fibromyalgia and struggle with a lot of issues due to childhood trauma. Kuk Sool Won, specifically the teachers here at this studio, is helping me to become not only physically healthier and stronger, but a happier and more integrated person. I don't know what I'd do if this studio hadn't entered my life. Kuk Sool!

Kuk Sool Won... The Best Traditional Korean Martial Art System... Ur Life will never Be the same....

Kuk Sool Won is great! I've tried other martial Arts and I'm glad I found Kuk Sool Won. I've learned so much and I feel myself improving not only as a martial artist, but also as an individual. It's a comprehensive system with a wide breadth of techniques, from strikes to joint locks to weapons. It also emphasizes inner strength and respect, which I find quite refreshing.

Moreover, Kuk Sool Won is a great work out. I always work up a good sweat and have fun doing it. Plus, they offer Yoga, which is a great way to start the day.

In the end, I highly recommend Kuk Sool Won if you want to learn a wonderful martial art, get a great work out, and enjoy yourself while doing so.

There's a lot of excitement surrounding UFC and MMA these days, but it is important not to forget that there are more than just the benefits of fighting skills that come with training in a martial art. Kuk Sool Won provides physical and mental conditioning (flexibility, strength, and stamina) while imparting the wisdom of the age old martial art system. This is an exciting and in depth curriculum designed not only to improve self defense skills, but also build character and achieve the impossible. Kicks, punches, joint locks and weapons are taught here accompanied by meditation, stretching, and philosophical lessons. Kuk Sool Won is like no other Martial Art out there. After several years of training, I find that a day with out Kuk Sool is a day incomplete.
