I have experienced trainers in the past who, while working with you, seem to always have an eye out for potential other clients at the same time. Not so with Michael. He is so focused on your training, and only your training when you're with him. One of the things I have always loved about training with Michael is that my workouts are just that - MY workouts - not what he thinks most people would or should do, but rather only what will work for me! He gives me confidence when I have none, makes me laugh and finds ways to give me a great sense of accomplishment. I highly recommend Michael to anyone.
